How to Register:
Step 1 - fill out this form and make payment - If you are registering more than one student please fill out the form twice.
Step 2 - after registration you will recieve a form to fill out. Please be sure to do so prior to the start of camps.
Note: Be sure to register early as there is a 10% discount on all camp fees until June 7th.
Cancellation Policy:
- camps can be refunded up to 90% within a month of the camp.
- after that you may change your camp week if space is available.
IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION:
- EPIPENS and asthma inhalers that are required must be brought to camp everyday and checked in with the teachers
- Please check the expiry date on the EPIPEN and inhalers prior to camp. Your child will not be able to attend camp if their EPIPEN or inhaler is expired or not brought to camp.
- If daily medication is required please make arrangements to come to the camp to give it to your child. Teachers will not under any circumstance be required to provide medication to students including Advil/Tylenol.
- Students must be fully potty trained to attend. Teachers will not at any time be helping students in the washroom.
- If your child has any health concerns or requires any additional assistance in a classroom setting please reach out to us prior to registering to confirm if our program would be a good fit for your child.
