Dance FUNdamentals (Junior) - for children in Grades 4-8 all classes are 45 min (unless otherwise noted)
NOTE: If you are registering 2 children please submit a separate form for each.

IMPORTANT BILLING NOTICES:

• All registrations require a credit card payment and acceptance of auto-billing on a valid credit card (note visa debit is not available).
• If you select the trial week you have until the end of your trial week to unenrol or you will be automatically charged for the first month of the program. 
• There are no refunds on fees paid, all fees are billed monthly and we ask for 30 day notice for cancellation.
• Make up classes or refunds for missed classes are not available, however if you are not able to attend a class you can join online at your class time (please notify the office 24 hours in advance if you will be attending online)
