Terms and Conditions of Registration
MainStreet Dance reserves the right to cancel, change or modiey their schedule and fee structure at anytime.
All classes require a minimum of 5 students to run, students will be notified at any time if classes are cancelled and accomodations for those students will be made if possible
Refunds are not available after the second week of classes and are not applicable for programs running 10 weeks or less. Refunded amounts do not include any applicable registration fees or registration deposits, dancewear and fees for any classes already taken.
Studio credit may be given to students if refunds are no longer available at the discretion of the studio.
Classes are cancelled on all statutory and civic holidays, as well as Winter and March Break.
Make up classes for cancellations or missed classes may be scheduled if possible only during the same term (ie summer term, fall term, etc.), please speak directly with the studio staff to make these arrangements.
Term fees do not include: dancewear, registration fees, taxes, exam fees or recital costumes
Partipation in our annual recital is optional for all students enrolling in the fall terms. Participation is not available for those registering in the Winter, Spring or Summer terms or Camps.
Payment can be made by cheque or cash. Any bounced payments will be subject to a bounced cheque fee as determined by MainStreet Dance.
